The new Blue Wave hotel project will feature an “air-conditioned, spa-like experience,” which is the best thing that’s happening in the industry.
The project will cost $10 billion, and is the brainchild of hotel magnate and investor Warren Buffett.
The new hotel will be the tallest building in the state of Texas, and will feature five stories of luxury condos and a luxury spa.
The hotel will feature 1,000 rooms, and the first hotel to open will be in 2019.
The site is located in the city of Tyler, Texas, which is located near the border of the Texas Panhandle and the Gulf Coast.
The area is currently home to some of the most expensive real estate in the US, according to the US Census Bureau.
The location has attracted several companies interested in building a new hotel, including Hilton and Wynn.
The new hotel has been designed by architect Frank Gehry.
The property will be home to an indoor and outdoor spa, a gym, a rooftop restaurant, a fitness center, and a hotel-like “exhibition space” with a “serenely landscaped outdoor deck.”
The site was once home to a gas station, which was demolished after a fire, and has been rebuilt in the past several years.
Blue Wave will feature “fiercely contemporary design with a high degree of attention to detail and an extraordinary degree of care and attention to the individual.”
As of now, the site has been built on land owned by the city, which will not be part of the project.
According to the site’s website, the new hotel is expected to be completed in 2019 and open for occupancy in 2021.
“We are excited to be partnering with the city to bring Blue Wave to Austin,” the site reads.
“Blue Wave is a groundbreaking new hotel and spa project, which brings a whole new level of luxury and comfort to our city.”
